I have started this blog to help motivate me to stick to my goal of obtaining a healthy happy life for 2012.

 

Like many, I have tried a lot of diets but end up failing within a few weeks.

 

I hope to make friends and help motivate others into reaching their healthy weight.

 

I update my weight every Sunday.

I have found a new love and its in Zumba. At least I find myself motivated to go to Zumba classes because the instructor’s music is wonderful. I’m kind of scared to go back home and try Zumba at my local YMCA because their music will be different (catered towards the older audience)

This is embarrassing

This is the third time this year I keep having to start over with my weight loss journey. Three times. And I can only blame myself. My ‘fool-proof’ plans keep falling through and I’m often catching myself eating two plates of food at the cafeteria plus desert. 

I just need self control and awareness of what i do.
